Hourly Pay: $30 - $45/hr + incentive bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with rotating Saturdays
On-Call Rotation: Fairly distributed for emergency calls

As an HVAC Technician in Southampton, PA , you’ll serve customers within a 20-mile radius, including the areas of Camden and Bensalem , diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems. You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. Whether it’s a quick tune-up or a complex repair, you’ll take pride in doing the job right the first time. Never sell anything to a customer they don’t want or need.
Diagnose HVAC issues with precision, both mechanical and electrical
Perform system tune-ups, inspections, and maintenance checks
Recommend honest, clear solutions to customers
Replace and install components to manufacturer and code standards
Keep detailed service records and time logs
Maintain a clean, organized work van and tool inventory
Be ready to jump in on an emergency call when it’s your turn in the rotation

6–10 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
OSHA Certification preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to work rotating Saturdays and participate in on-call duty
